Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Top 3 Questions from our customers
Are these products suitable for all skin types?
Yes! All three serums are formulated to be gentle yet effective for most skin types, including sensitive skin. Always patch test before full application, especially if you have reactive or compromised skin.
Can I combine the serums together?
Absolutely! Many customers like to rotate them based on skin goals—PDRN Glow for plumpness, Stem Cell Age Defense for brightness, and Spicule Shot for smoothing. You can layer (lightest to richest texture) or alternate days.
How long before I see results?
Many users report visible improvements in hydration and glow within a week. For improvements in tone, texture, and firmness, consistent use over 4–6 weeks shows the best results.
PDRN Glow Booster Serum
What is PDRN and why salmon DNA?
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a DNA-derived ingredient from salmon known to support skin regeneration and improve elasticity. Salmon PDRN is rich in nucleotides, which help nourish skin, promote smoother texture, and visibly restore glow.
Can I use PDRN Glow Serum every day?
Yes, it’s designed for daily use—morning or evening—after cleansing and before moisturizer. It’s especially great for those noticing first signs of aging or tired-looking skin.
Is PDRN safe for sensitive skin?
PDRN is generally well-tolerated and known for its skin-repairing properties. However, we recommend patch testing if you have sensitivities.
Does the PDRN serum smell fishy?
Not at all! While it's made with salmon DNA, it won’t make you feel like you just left a sushi bar. There’s zero fishy smell—promise! In fact, it has a gentle, slightly sweet scent, kind of like honey… if honey went to skincare school.
Stem Cell Age Defense Booster Serum
What are plant stem cells and how do they help my skin?
We use grape callus culture extract, a plant stem cell known for its antioxidant power. It helps protect skin from environmental stress, supports skin clarity, and contributes to a smoother, more radiant look.
What does Glutathione do in the serum?
Glutathione is a master antioxidant used in skincare for its ability to brighten dull skin and promote a clearer, more even complexion.
Can I use this serum for dark spots or post-acne marks?
The combination of niacinamide, tranexamic acid (TXA) and glutathione helps improve the look of uneven skin tone and dull patches, making it ideal for brightening routines.
Is the Stem Cell Serum fragrance-free?
Yes, it is! No perfumes, no floral surprises—just pure, hard-working ingredients doing their job. It’s so fragrance-free, even your nose might wonder if it took the day off.
Is the green color of the Stem Cell Serum natural?
Yes! That bright green hue isn’t just for looks—it comes from its natural botanical ingredients. No artificial coloring here. Mother Nature gets all the credit for this glow-up.
Why do I see a light cloud in my vial?
It’s a natural settling of some active ingredients — our clean, emulsifier-free formula just needs a gentle shake to return clear.
Spicule Shot Booster Serum
What are spicules and how do they work?
Spicules are microscopic marine structures that create gentle micro-stimulation on the skin. They help enhance absorption of active ingredients while improving the appearance of skin texture, smoothness, and radiance—without needles!
Does Spicule Shot hurt or cause redness?
You may feel a light prickly sensation for the first few minutes—that’s the spicules working! Redness, if any, is mild and usually fades quickly. This sensation is temporary, and most users love the refreshed feeling after.
How often should I use Spicule Shot?
Our formula with 100K spicules is designed for daily use. We recommend starting slow, 2–3 times a week, for an at-home spa-like exfoliation and radiance boost. You can use it more often if your skin tolerates it well. Apply sunscreen if used during the daytime.
Is Spicule Shot suitable for blemish-prone skin?
Absolutely. You will also love the Spicule Shot if your skin is prone to acne. The formula is designed for sensitive and dry skin as well.
Does the Spicule Shot Serum have a scent?
Technically, it’s not fragrance-free… but good luck finding a smell! It’s so subtle, even your nose might ask, “Wait, did I miss something?” No strong scent—just serious skin work.
Dosing & Packaging Questions
How long does one box of serum last?
Each box contains 2 vials of 7 mL, designed to last approximately 60 days when used once daily at the recommended 5 drops per day. That’s about 30 doses per vial.
Why are there two smaller vials instead of one bigger bottle?
We use dual-vial packaging to keep your serum fresher and more potent for longer. Smaller vials reduce the chance of ingredient degradation and contamination after opening—especially important for highly active serums like PDRN, plant stem cells, and spicules.
How many drops should I use each day?
For best results, use 5 drops daily. This amount provides optimal coverage for the face and neck without product waste.
Can I use more than 5 drops if I want to apply on my décolleté or hands?
Yes! If you'd like to extend your application to areas like the chest or hands, you can increase the number of drops—just be mindful this may shorten the number of days per vial.
Do I need to refrigerate the vials?
Room temperature storage (away from direct sunlight and heat) is sufficient. For extra freshness—especially in warmer months—you can refrigerate the opened vial, but it’s optional.
Should I finish one vial before opening the second?
Yes. We recommend fully using the first vial within 30 days after opening, then moving on to the second vial. This ensures maximum freshness and efficacy.
I opened a vial but didn’t finish it in 30 days—can I still use it?
Yes! Once opened, each vial remains effective and safe for up to 3 months, provided it’s stored properly in a cool, dry place. For best results and potency, we recommend consistent daily use, but occasional pauses won’t compromise the product within this timeframe.
Routine & Safety
Can I use these products with retinol or exfoliating acids?
Yes, but we recommend spacing them out. For example, use PDRN or Stem Cell serum in the morning and retinol at night. Spicule Shot already provides light exfoliation, so pair it with hydrating and calming products on the same day.
Are these serums safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
While our serums do not contain prescription-strength actives, we always advise consulting your healthcare provider before introducing any new product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How long before I see results?
Many users report visible improvements in hydration and glow within a week. For improvements in tone, texture, and firmness, consistent use over 4–6 weeks shows the best results.
Sustainability & Eco-Friendly Packaging
Are the vials recyclable?
Yes! Our vials are made of glass, which is 100% recyclable. After finishing the product, simply dispose of the glass vial in your local glass recycling stream.
What kind of packaging materials do you use?
We’re committed to minimizing plastic waste. Our trays and carton boxes are made from FSC-certified paper (Forest Stewardship Council), meaning the paper comes from responsibly managed forests. We also print using soy-based inks, which are less harmful to the environment.
Is the packaging plastic-free?
Almost! We’veeliminated unnecessary plastics—our packaging uses glass vials, recyclable paper boxes, and minimal protective components. Any small plastic elements (like droppers or vial stoppers) are necessary for product stability but can be separated and recycled accordingly.
How should I dispose of the packaging responsibly?
It’s easy to recycle almost every part of our packaging:
- Glass vials → rinse and recycle with glass.
- Carton box and inner paper tray (which holds the vials securely) → both are made from FSC-certified cardboard and can be placed in your paper/cardboard recycling.
- Small plastic components (such as the vial cap or dropper) → can be separated and recycled according to your local recycling guidelines.
This packaging approach helps reduce plastic use and landfill waste, staying true to the Lemust commitment to eco-conscious, low-waste skincare.
